Artur Ispiryan concert in Jazzve

During the whole summer open air Jazzve was continuously surprising its visitors with various pleasant events. Popular artists’ shows have become a tradition at one of the most popular and beloved place in Yerevan – Jazzve. This time again Jazzve invited another well known artist Arthur Ispiryan to give a concert for its faithful customers. Accompanied by the jazz band led by Vahag Hayrapetyan, Ispiryan performed the famous Armenian songs in jazz style, as well as several compositions of his new album Jazz Avans. Many people came to enjoy favorite musician’s performances, among them a number of celebrities as well. Each guest of the event was given a leaflet with the texts of the songs, and by the end of the evening Ispiryan suggested that everybody joined him in singing. Smash was a great success, and the audience truly enjoyed singing together with the favorite musician.

Jazz in Jazzve style
At the end of July there was a series of jazz concerts held in Jazzve open-air café with participation of Vahag Hayrapetyan and “Catuner” group. There were a number of celebrities among the guests, many of them are constant visitors of glamorous parties. It seems that Jazzve awakens Yerevan’s best traditions of the past.

Armenia goes to Eurovision
It was exactly this song that became an object for hot discussions among the representatives of Armenian musical society. The song was written by the famous Armenian musician, leader of Armenian Jazz Band Armen Martirosyan, lyrics – by Cathrine Bekyan, and arrangement – by another well-know Armenian musician Ara Torosyan, mostly known as Murzik
